Adequate
We stayed for only one night before leaving Costa Rica arriving after dark - neighborhood appeared high-risk but we were allowed to park securely behind a large lockable gate - breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and very good - hotel staff seemed responsive and helpful - would stay there again under the same senario
