Short Trip
Booked this hotel at the last minute. When we checked in the room was not what I expected for $$ I paid. Carpet dirty, makeup? spilled under bathroom counter, toilet worked but only if you flush every 15 minutes . Beds were OK, but the room lacked attention to detail, iron dirty & did not work. I was there for 1 night so I did not mention this to anyone. Room needs to be deep cleaned plus some maintenance issues. Very disappointed in the HJ brand.

NEED BETTER HOUSEKEPPING
Room was not clean! Hair in the bathroom, sheets had a million dribbles, looked like they could have used some new ones.

Just for fun
If youre going to San Diego and looking to save money, but get a good place to mainly sleep and have a good, free Continental Breakfast, look no further. This was the third hotel Ive stayed at on Hotel Circle, and was probably the best overall room. All the extras in the room made it better than the others, along with what they had to offer for the breakfast. We had no problems that were within the hotels blame, and would definetely go back again when were not planning on finding a place on beachfront land.
