I HAD TO CLEAN THE BATHROOM MYSELF
didn’t get room i paid for. bathroom had blood all over the toilet. one of the beds had been slept in. only the desk clerk on duty, so I had to clean bathroom myself because no other rooms available. thankfully EXPEDIA refunded my money.

One of St Louis’s worst
Hotel was clean but sheets were not changed in 3 night visit. One night the room was not cleaned and no new towels were furnished. One ceiling light was out but they would not fix? Beds were old and queaky.

Filthiest rooms we have ever seen. Akin to dumpsters.
We had three rooms. 1st room had trash everywhere, unmade beds, and two half eaten chicken dinners. 2nd room had empty beer cans and 1 used condom on the floor. 3rd room was to be non-smoking but, reeked of smoke and beds had multiple cigarette holes. They exchanged room 1 to an "out of order" room with no pillows, nonworking TV, and A/C was broke. 2nd room was never exchanged but the Manager quarranteed the room would be cleaned and inspected. It was not either day!!! 3rd room was exchanged second day. Very bad part of town.
