I wont go back
I didn´t like it, its a nice hotel, but it has two negative things, they have people that promote its chain of hotels and are very annoying, they do not respect that the guests are going to rest and to relax, and insisnten to much to go to its presentation, and the other annoyance is that there was no water warms up during an average day and, and were not for apologizing

One of my favorites
We really enjoyed this hotel. A beautiful, modern, and well thought out design, the hotel is chic and is very luxurious. We would definitely stay there again. From an amazingly scented lobby, bali beds in the bar, free take home CD’s of lobby music and beach beds to a swim up bar and amazing views, this hotel doesn’t disappoint.
Also check out the Thai restaurant in the mall across from Ruth Chris, very cool.

Great experience
From the time we walked in we could tell service was a priority. We were pleased with the staff and the comfort of "THE LEVEL". Highly recommend for adults-not very kid friendly.
Take a bus ride to Playa Del Carmen for shopping and great places to eat
