Friendly and helpful staff/nice hotel, but need to address false fire alarms
Staff at hotel was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. Hotel is very new. Thus, the condition of the rooms and hotel are near perfect. Like the large rooms including sitting area and flat screen TV’s. Convenient location between Fort Myers and Naples. Also, next to Coconut Point which includes lots of retail plus restaurants. Only complaint was that the fire alarms kept going off in the middle of night. In the first night, the alarm went off at 3:00 AM. During the second night, the alarm went off at 5:00 AM. In both instances, we evacuated the hotel and waited for the Fire Dept to clear the building.

poor housekeeping
We were shocked that our bathroom was pretty much not cleaned for the ten days we were there! The toilet was cleaned once and I never saw any indication the shower was EVER cleaned! Towels were removed and replaced as needed. Even the sink was not cleaned everyday! The staff is nice and helpful and I purposely did not ask to have the bath cleaned just to see if and when they might get around to it!!! Needs to be addressed by management!

Very Nice Hotel
I needed to stay in Bonita Springs for the contractor exams in October, I chose to stay at the Hyatt, which was in a great location, extremely clean and well maintained. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel to any other traveler in need of a nice place to stay.
