Location
A value motel with excellent location. Close to ASU and many baseball stadiums, especially Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, and Phoenix. Don’t expect luxury...stay here for location. Walkable distance to Mill Avenue establishments. Not recommended for families. Can be loud in the surrounding neighborhod.

place is ok on the out side. rooms are old, burn marks on toilets, counter tops and bathtubs. a/c works lightly.
price was cheap, but not a place to recommend
