Loved it!
Great boutique hotel in old warehouse conversion. Comfortable rooms, free internet access, friendly staff, would definitely go back!

Nyhavn packed with restaurants, cafes and bars is right on the doorstep. Great location!

Good but avoid small rooms.
Location is waterfront (and tourist) heaven. First room was a "superior double" with a killer view, but was very small and faced the noisy (tourist filled) street fronting the canal. It also had no air conditioning (July) so we had to keep the window open (noise worse). We switched to an executive double, which was bigger, quieter and air conditioned (but no view). Like a different hotel. Staff was always great, and helped us considerably with recommendations (and making the room move).
Traveler's tip on dining
To see contemporary Copenhagen at its best, get a reservation at Madklubben (walking distance from 71 Nyhavn) - great food with fresh regional ingredients at reasonable prices (Copenhagen is expensive) and beautiful people.

excellent location
This hotel has the best location for getting around Copenhagan. It is close to the water, shops and far enough away from the central area to have a quite nights sleep. The rooms are small but the bathroom was above average. I would stay there again.
Traveler's tip on dining
We did not eat at the hotel because there were some nice ouside restaurants just down the street from the hotel. When you check out, make sure the hotel does not charge you for breakfast at the hotel.
