unimpressed
my non smoking rm reeked of cigarettes , there was hair on the floor of the bathroom before i used it, maid cleaning supplies we re left in the rm, and i was there over a weekend and there was screaming and hollaring outside and between the bulidings. my tv buzzed noticibly when it was turned on and they didnt come to "fix it" until monday evening when i had called on friday night. and best of all when i went to check out of my room(ty god) i had to walk out of the front doors to where all the front desk personal was and literally wait for her to stop smoking to check me out of my rm.. fabulous. not impressed doesnt even begin to address how mad i was.

Needs some work
The service was pretty good, but the hotel needs some major work. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close right, the main door to the room didn’t close tightly, and in TX, that’s an issue. We woke up every morning to mosquitos in the room. The shower is dark because the shower curtain goes all the way to the ceiling and doesn’t let light in. The breakfast wasn’t real great either. Everyone was very friendly and polite, however.

I was moving
I was moving from Killeen TX to New Jersey, N staying there was nice although it had its faults. It was the best hotel i was in on my way back to NJ. and it was nice to know they allow pests and not charge for them. the only bad things i can say about this hotel was the TV wasn’t clear and the microwave didn’t work that well. other than that.. i enjoyed my stay. the people r very respectful andthey have great Customer Service
