Nice looking hotel, bad service
This is a brand new hotel, yet the elevator sounds like it is about to break down. The morning clerk at the front desk was rude. There were not hardly any guests here, but we couldn’t even get fresh towels brought to our room. The vending machine on our floor would not accept quarters, only dollars. The hotel itself looks great. The room was clean, but the refrigerator looked dirty and old. I would still stay here again if I could avoid the rude clerk.
