Great waterfront hotel
Though the hotel was a bit far from London proper, the watershuttle enabled us to see all of London very easily. The hotel staff was absolutely fabulous. Thee staff were efficient and knowledgeable. The rooms were a bit small, but comfortable. After all, when you are travelling, you don’t spend much time in the room. We would definitely go back.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Purchase an all-day ticket for the River Clipper and you can get on and off as much in a day as you would like. This makes seeing London very easy.

Cozy and affordable Hotel
My family and I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago and had a very good overall experience. Reasonable prices for rooms, nice cozy rooms, great views, beautiful lounge area and restaurant. Staff was very helpful and assisted us with any questions we had at all times. Location might seem a bit far but if you use the tube and take advantage of the shuttle service you should not have any problems.
