Comfortable hotel but overrated
We had a junior suite with two connected rooms, each having a separate bathroom and a kitchenette. The rooms were small but comfortable. The showers were great. The water pressure was tremendous, more than I’ve ever experienced in the US. Beware of the volatge converter. Bring your own. My wife used theirs for her hair dryer and the dryer was burnt.
Traveler's tip on dining
There are lots of restaurants near the hotel. We tried Chez Clement across te street. Their seafood was great. They have the same on the Champs Elysees.

Good choice of hotel!
This little local hotel seemed to have been recently upgraded and the staff were wonderful. Very close to the Metro and Luxembourg Gardens and one of the only hotels we could find that had "family suites" - two adjoining rooms, each with a bathroom and a small sink and frig. High recommended!

Ok-nothing special
When we checked in, I asked if breakfast was included & was told that it wasn’t. On the last morning, when we were due to checkout, we decided to have breakfast there just for the convenience. When we checked out, I mentioned charges for breakfast, and I was told that it had been included all along! The location is not all that convenient to sights, but there are several metro stations and restaurants in the immediate area. Also, on one of the side streets off Blvd. du Montparnasse heading toward Blvd. Edgar Quinet, one can find a grocery store to save money on bottled water, etc.
