GREAT hotel!
Fantastic location! The rooms were large (for europe) and attractive with modern appliances. Would definitely stay here again! LOVED this hotel!

I never back again this hotel
This hotel is not a four star, Good ubication and good breakfast, too near metro station, in front of hotel you have phone cabin, but the room and bathroom was too small, it was dark, dirty, the carpet was old, the mattress too softy, TV didnt work, air condition noisy. The staff was frindly and the accepted change roor, it was little better. Try to choice another option.

Nice Hotel but a little expensive
Keep in mind European hotel ratings are different than the states. European 4 stars is usually a 3 star in the states. This hotel was a little expensive but the room was nice and big. The free breakfast was good as well. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Manneken Pis and 10 minutes to the Grand Place but many shops along the way. Garage parking is available behind the hotel for a daily fee otherwise you can try to find free parking on the street in the alley there which we were lucky and able to do so for 3 days there. Hotel front desk had maps available that mapped out the tourist walk to see all the monuments and tourist spots which was very helpful.
Traveler's tip on dining
Pizza Hut and McDonalds are located in the Grand Place. When you travel to Brussels I suggest to bring an unbrella.
