Not impressed
the people at reception were not professional at all,they kept me waiting in lobby for 30-35 minutes & then at 1:00 am they said "sorry we don’t have any room available" we transfer you to another hotel nearby & you will be back tomorrow,so since i had paid the total cost in advance i went mad & i said that I’m going to make a report so they said please don’t we give you a room here & my room was ready right away,so they lied!the room condition was not impressing at all plus the sink had a problem & the water was not going down so i had no way except washing my face & hands in the bath!!
