Will not do this again
Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Dallas for two nights. The hotel is what expected as far as a quality room. My comments for improvement are as follows: 1) Raise the television. It was too low when watching TV in bed. 2) Have the TV listing somewhere. I had to keep clicking through the channels to find programs. 3) I found it outrageous that I had to valet park. Its was a cost I didnt expect, given the price of the room. I think there should be complementary parking for hotel guests. ( Learn from the Hyatt Regency Dearborn, MI) 4) Have A booklet in the room regarding the surrounding area places to eat, where a pharmacy is located, things happening in the city at the time of stay. This was the first hotel I’ve been to that did not have this or a local phone book. Never being in Dallas before, I would have appreciated the above.

wonderful stay in a comfortable room
We stayed at the Hyatt regency for the weekend of the OU Texas football game. The room was fantastic. The bed was as comfortable as any I have slept in. The room was very clean. The location was great because the dart rail station was right there. Overall it was a great stay and will do it again. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Love Cove
This hotel is excellent for those who want to stay in and walk to their destinations. We had a wonderful time my Fiance and I, we had the time of our lives. I had a blast with the staff and kudos to the valet personal they are the best i have seen in years. The staff over all is great but we didnt like the shampoo and soaps they were horrible so if u plan to come stay @ the Regency please dont forget the soap.
Make Resturant reservation ahead of time and if you dont have a reservation the staff will provide you with dirrections and coupons to save a buck
