Tennessee charm
We were very impressed with this hotel. It is brand new and you feel like you are the very first one to stay in the room. It is very welcoming when you walk in with a beautiful wooden banister stairway, cozy fireplace, etc. The breakfast area is very nice and their was a good selection of breakfast foods. The rooms were great - loved the bathroom with granite countertops and tile. Quiet rooms with heating & ac controls on the wall. Everything feels "like home." We will definitely stay there every time we’re passing through to Georgia.

"Tennessee Vol Traveler"
This is a great place to stay in Knoxville. The price was very reasonible and the amenities great.. It was very easy to get to the stadium from this location. I would stay here again.

Picky Traveler
I am such a picky traveler that I normally will ask for a key to a room, then I will go check out the room before committing to staying there. I have stayed at Country Inn and Suites before, so I figured I could do no wrong by booking ahead. I was so pleasantly surprised. It definitely exceeded my expectations. It was a little tricky getting to. (it’s best to get directions from the desk clerk if you can call in advance) Don’t even bother bringing a pillow, theirs are the BEST pillows I have EVER had in hotel. Comfortable bed, great flat panel tv. I definitely will stay again.
The West Town Mall is one exit away.
