More like a hotel then a B&B...which was good!
Most B&Bs in Ireland are small and a bit cramped but quaint. The Amber Bay guest house was great because it was more like a really nice hotel, but with a homemade breakfast! The service was wonderful, our room was so nice and decorated in a very modern way. There is free Wi-Fi and a computer that you can use to connect to the internet. The Guest house is within a little cluster of other places to stay and about a mile, mile and a half from Galway city center. My boyfriend and I were able to take a few nice walks along the prom from the Amber Bay into Salthill. Room also had a mini fridge, TV and a DVD player!

Awesome B&B
Most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept in in my life. The breakfast was great. Anthony was grand. I will definitely go back again next time.

Great inexpensive accomodations
Excellent Irish breakfast. Very nice people who provide great service. This B&B was exactly as we had hoped.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Great shopping in Salt Hill. Check out The King’s Head pub. Good food and incredible atmosphere.
