great experience
Excellent staff, beautifully decorated and just a great place to stay overall. The rooftop bar is one of a kind. While everything is a little pricey, I would HIGHLY recommend the Viceroy since you usually get what you pay for.

Can’t wait to go back!
At first I was a little bummed for choosing a hotel so far from South Beach, but the disappoint soon vanished! This hotel was perfect! We were able to relax and enjoy the downtown Miami quiet scene and travel a few minutes to South Beach’s party scene. The artwork and sculptures in this hotel were ravishing! The front desk attendants to the bell hops were definitely some of the friendliest I have ever seen.

Wonderful experience
Beautiful hotel, really kind representatives, well located. This hotel really deserves its 5th star. Facilities are just great (I especially appreciated that a small kitchen was available allowing us to cook some of our prefered meals), room service is perfect and carful at your needs, rooms are pretty large. I really enjoyed every second spent at the Miami Viceroy Hotel, and definitely go ack there for my next vacation. Downtown Miami is just nearby, and it just take 15 minutes by car to access Miami beach. Really convenient.
