Decline of a formerly Quality Hotel
I have previously stayed at the Santa Ana location, I must mention I am a long time Embassy Suites patron (Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Las Vegas, OKC, San Fran, Phoenix, Chicago, Des Moines); but sadly, I have seen this brand decline in the last few years. My experience at the Santa Ana location might be my last due to the following: 1. Wrong name on the welcoming gift (no big deal 2. Not enough towels for room occupants (had to request 3 times before fulfilled) 3. Managers reception staffed by one employee, valiantly attempting to serve approx 75 patrons, this led to long lines and stations not replenished. 4. Breakfast Stop time different than published time in Hotel Guide

Clean, accomodating and central location.
I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times due to the central location. Short drive to major shopping areas and all the major freeways. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything I needed.

We loved our stay here! Great location and very easy access to freeway.
Right off the highway about 25 minutes from LAX airport. The Hotel was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Disneyland is just a few miles down the road. The Hotel was very accomodating to our needs. We arrived in Los Angeles at 9:30am and the Manager welcomed our early check in and even upgraded our room to Queen beds. Can’t wait to go back....
Breakfast in the morning was awesome! Great Great staff at this hotel.
