Nice place, but crazy rules
It’s a nice hotel and I had a small, and I had a nice room. However, I wouldn’t go back because of all the crazy rules they had at the hotel which were designed to extract as much money as possible from you. For example, no outside food or drink was allowed in your room, including water. You were suppose to buy it from the hotel’s restaurant, at inflated prices. Also, breakfast was buffet style from only 8:30 to 10. After that, you had to pay extra, even if you got an extra cup of coffee at 10:01. The old man that owned the place was constantly watching all the guests and employees, making for a very uncomfortable time.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Avoid Side. There are a few sites, but you can see them as a day trip from nearby. The touts, especially the restaurant touts are really obnoxious. And everything is expensive, more expensive than Istanbul! I loved Turkey, but hated Side. It is not worth the time or moeny to go there.

Nice hotel at nice location
Only negative thing I can say that hotel room and mattress were kind of small.
