Convenient Hyde Park Location
Best thing about Hotel is location. Close to Queensway retail area and two underground stations. Room was also large and clean with good shower. Bed was soft and somewhat uncomfortable. Basement apartment was a little noisy as everyone entering building walked across our ceiling. Apartment was also a couple blocks from admin office which was a minor inconvenience. But overall, reasonably satisfied.

Extremely uncomfortable beds! Not impressed overall.
The service wasn’t great, but nothing specific to complain about. The outside door in our building didn’t close all the way, but it seems to be a pretty safe neighborhood. The lift was laughably small, but that’s to be expected. The room was recently renovated but obviously not completed. Over a very large window in the room, there was what appeared to be a painters drop cloth as the only window covering that we were not able to open or close. The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable and I can’t imagine anyone could possibly get any sleep on it. The bathroom was the most redeeming feature in the place -- the shower stall especially was quite large for European standards and everything seemed to work properly. Definitely benefited from the remodel.

It’s okay, but...
The hotel’s location was good, bathroom and kitchen facilities in the apartment were superior. But they did not clean up during our entire stay. They changed the bathroom towels on the 3rd day, but never cleaned the room and toilet,nor take out the garbage nor change the bed linens. I expected that after 3 nights, we could feel refreshed. When they put in fresh towels, they should have done some cleaning up,too even though the room was kept neat and tidy by us. Other than this our stay was worthwhile and fun. Thank you.
