okay overnight for early flight

This place was adequate for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. Not what you would use for a vacation stay, but the room was clean. The breakfast room was less than clean feeling which was sort of yucky. The shuttle service was prompt and reliable and very friendly.

Pitt.Pa airport hotel

The room was clean,the people were helpful, and very easy to get to the airport,but the alarm clock didn’t work, wake up call came 1/2 hour late, no coffe in the room and the most important, there was no hot water to shower with or shave. If these things were fixed, I would recommend this place because of the easy commute to the airport.

Best Value Inn, Caraopolis, Pittsburgh Airport

I was glad to stay again in the Best Value, Caraopolis - clean and comfortable room, good service, suitable price for the room, convenient connection with Airport and Pittsburgh. Next time I will stay here again. A small remark - breakfast included into the bill could contain not only sweet product, but cheese and ham. Thank you.

Hotel was convenient to airport with shuttle service from several motels to airport. It was well constructed so that you had a hard time hearing the planes. Good value ,clean, comforttable, not fancy. It had a minimal continental breakfast.

Good value

This is a basic hotel that is very close to the airport. The staff and management very all very nice. It was clean and offers free parking. Overall a very good value for the price.

Meet our Needs

My husband and I visited Pittsburgh and choose this hotel for the price. It definetly meet our needs. For the price it was great. The hotel is old and needs work but it was safe and secure. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the hotel and enjoyed it. It was quiet even with the airport so close. There is a sheetz very close by along with other restraunts and a kmart. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but it still was better then nothing. I would stay here again to save money.

Great Hotel

We needed a nice and clean place to stay after driving all the way from Chicago and had a good night sleep and woke up next morning ready to keep rolling. Thanks.

Not Impressed

Had to switch rooms because the first room smelled like cigarettes. Dark room, older furnishings, small TV. Internet was a bonus. Reasonably inexpensive which was the only saving grace.

Clean and comfortable, no frills.

Stayed here for a night prior to flying out the next morning. Rooms were a little musty upon entering, but it cleared up with a little airing out. Breakfast included, not a wide selection but a serviceable continental buffet. Had problems with WiFi connection, wasn’t too important for me but could be for others. With online booking, check in and check out were very easy. Only 5 miles or so from airport.

You get what you pay for

The price is the only reason to stay at this motel. We left our car here and on our return I called the motel for a pickup at the airport. We waited a 1/2 hour and finally the van showed up - not to pick us up but another family. The driver said that Best Value hadn’t called about our pickup but took us there anyway. I confronted the people at the motel about this and they were confused about who had called the pickup service. Yea, right! Think I’ll try another hotel on my next trip.

OK for the money

This is a typical airport hotel. Nothing special, but nothing really wrong. We got there late, and had an early flight in the a.m. Shuttle to the airport was prompt. Too early for breakfast, but coffee was offered. Loud party on the 1st floor. Wasn’t bothered by it on the 3rd floor, thank goodness.

Completely adequate

Walking into the hotel room put me in mind of every other 3 star hotel I have been in before. The amenities are spare and the room is clean. I was not impressed with the tagging on the inside of the bathroom door or the wallpaper slightly coming up in the bathroom. The outside appearance was a bit off-putting as well with people hanging out on the balconies and the paint job sorely needing updating. If you just want a room to stay in, this is the place. If you want to feel you are in anything other than a motel, this is not.

A cheap, but filthy place to spend a night

You get what you pay for. A filthy, black-rimmed toilet-bowl, a stranger to recent cleaning. The previous occupant’s KY Jelly container, shampoo, dirty socks and dirty-laundry bag stuck in the chest of drawers, somehow missed by the housekeeping staff. Blood-stained linen. Blood-stained replacement linen. Blood-stained kleenex in bedclothes. Loud, unregulated jabbering by various parties late at night in hotel parking lot. Laissez-faire response to all these by hotel management. A promise by hotel management to switch rooms, later rescinded. This place is a glorified flea-bag. No, forget the glorified part. To end on a positive note, fine for economical crashing before an early-morning flight, but do NOT bring your wife to this place!

Rooms were basic, comfortable bed, and good water pressure in the shower. Also, very quiet late at night. Overall, OK for the money.

Short distance from the Airport, not too far from downtown either. Hotel shuttle picked us in no time. Staff was friendly, courteous and good with directions & information about surrounding areas, room was clean & comfortable. Nice breakfast. Many choices nearby to dine out. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, price not bad either. We had no complaints, will defiantly stay again and recommend to our friends & family.stay again and recommend to our friends & family

Dirty Rooms

I recently stayed at this hotel. I booked two rooms. Both were very dirty. There was dirt and fingerprints all over both refridgerators. The edge of the carpets the entire way around the room was filthy. The bathroom in one room had black mold growing on the walls!! This place was horrible!!!!!!

The hotel serves as a place to rest prior to an early flight. Value is good. Motel-like accommodations.

10 minutes from a shopping mall area with every major restaurant and store available. Of course, next door to the airport.

I was in Pittsburgh for 2 nights , for my business dealing, hotel was at convenient distance from the airport pick up was free & quick.Took bus service from near by park & ride to downtown. I enjoyed my stay, lot of choices for restaurents near by.Price of the room was reasonable. Room was clean no major issues, staff was very friendly.No complaints. Love to go back. Will recommend.
