On The Beach
This hotel has a great location.. right on a beautiful beach, looking west with great sunsets. The grounds are nice. One of the best features is the staff, who are extremely pleasant. Our room overlooked the pool and hotel bar and restaurant, so it was noisy at times, for example late at night when the staff was setting up for the next days breakfast.

not worth the stars rating advertized
The hotel is rather plain, old and in need of renovation. Amenities basic and simple. AC in room weak. Lighting in room, especially bathroom, poor. The shared computer room good (well air conditioned too), has good library of books, especially for kids. Hotel personnel (actually all local Barbadians) extremely nice, happy and friendly. The beach in front of the hotel great (the real value if you book this hotel). Swimming and snorkeling excellent. The food in hotel restaurants not good. The breakfast simple, lacking any charm. Coffee not tasty, all else lacking genuine local taste, bland, as if all industrially produced. The worst bread ever.
