Comfortable but not necessarily conducive to being convenient to Venice main areas. Can only get ah
Small rooms, but comfortable and clean. Convenient to Lido shops, restaurant and beaches, but not to "downtown" Venice or the airport. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Good place for out of the way relaxation - away from the hustle and bustle.

Not a 4* but neither a 3*
The hotel is nice, well situated, staff is very kind and helpful but the double bed is actually two beds turned into one (with a kind of hole in the middle) which makes it a little bit uncomfortable.

tiny room but cheap
Le Boulevard is not on the main island of venice. You have to take water bus to go to the tourist spots everyday. But it’s really kind of cheap and it’s on the main boulevard of Lido. Water bus station is within very reasonable walking range. We could tell the room we had was cheap. It was tiny and no windows. Just a couple roof windows with electrical blinds. They have US-standard outlets in the room. I would go back because it’s comfy enough just to sleep and it’s not all that inconvenient to take water bus everyday.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Do not take gondolas near St. Marco Square. They cost about 100 euros there and if you go down a couple stop down the canal by water bus, it’s 80 euros and lower.
