Friendly Personell, The Hotel need a renovation urgently!
The hotel is well located in the city and has all the essential services. Free self Parking and the room services is OK. However the carpets, beddings and equipment is old and poorly maintained.

Colonial Style Hotel
My husband and I stayed there for 2 nights. My only complaint would be the slow service in the dining room. However the food was good. I would not recommend the buffet but stick to the menue. Room service was fast. This is not a 5 star hotel but I would stay there again in the future.

Fiesta INN Xalapa The best in Xalapa but not quite goog enough
The hotel is nice, however the romms seem old and require immediate attention i.e. new air condintioning, carpeting, etc. The food is very good and the hotel staff is extremely kind and friendly.
