I would stay at the Ambassador Hotel again.
We loved our room, and the breakfast was very good. It varied from day to day. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed our stay there. Definetly will book there again.
Th e Victorville Mall is conveniently near by.

Hotel is okay for the money but way too old for modern standards for beauty.
The breakfast was a great deal and the room had a tv. Those were the highlights; after that everything else is undesirable. From the clerk at the front desk on personal telephone calls to the broken equipment in the fitness center they used to lure me in. I would not recommend the hotel for a family looking for a nice place to stay on vacation. However,it’s good for a truck driver just needing a place to sleep & eat for a night or two.
Traveler's tip on shopping
There is a adequate size mall one exit south on I-15 worth stopping at for the food court and cost effective shops, and sales at Sears and JC Pennys.

Once upon a Time
It is evident that this was once "The Place to stay". Even though it’s heyday is past this is a very nice place to stay. I never made it to breakfast. My room was comfortable and clean, (except for a few stray hairs in the bath tub),and the wi fi was ok.
