good location
good place for ppl w/ kids..has a microwave & refrigerator in all rooms..was only 15mins drive frm the mall.

Convenient & Accomodating
This hotel met our family needs for the quick overnight stay. I picked it based on value - and it was adequately clean and comfortable - nothing fancy. The hotel staff was accomodating for business room access. The only negative about the stay was that breakfast started at 7:00 AM. We had to catch the 6:00 AM shuttle in order to be on time for the Arlington opening. The shuttle was another convenient touch as it got us to the public train system - and there was no problem leaving my car in the hotel lot even though we checked out. We came back that later that day to pick it up.
The public train is terrific - It is probably worth the all day pass for everyone. Be careful if you use a credit card for ticket pass, only 2 transactions are allowed per day (for your own protection).

hard to find but...
The main problem is that the GPS systems have it registered as being in the town of HYattsville instead of Cheverly. It was the hotel with the best price I could find that was near and that has FREE parking, FREE shuttle service to and from the Metro Station and FREE Breakfast. I like free.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Next time we’re in Washington DC we are not even renting a car. Just getting the airport shuttle to and from the hotel and traveling Washington DC on the Metro. Besides traffic downtown is TERRIBLE and don’t drink too much water because there are NO Public Restrooms and only Starbuck and McDonalds let you use theirs!!!
