Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet offered was good and had something for everyone.

Certainly not Grand
Relatively clean room, certainly not "Grand", as a matter of fact the furnishings were somewhat dated and worn with the exception of the flat panel tv. If you are over 6ft tall the beds will be too short for you. Asked for a map of the city and got a faded copy of a map with half of it cut off. Location is good for walking to the square and Cathedral. Overpriced compared to others we stayed in throughout Europe, including Paris
