Nice room but ....
We liked our room and the overall condition of the hotel. On our last morning, we got a wake up call 50 minutes before the time requested (4:55 am instead of our requested 5:45). No,there was no mistake on our part; we were both present when we made the request the night before. When we mentioned to the staff as we checked out, there was no apology, no explanation. Not even a thank you when our limo showed up to pick us up.

Great Stay
We were only in Venice one night before boarding a cruise. This hotel was perfect because it is right beside the main bus terminal. It was easy to catch an express bus at the airport for a couple euros and then walk only over one bridge to the hotel. (It is difficult with luggage) Also, it is very close to the cruise boat terminals and we picked up the shuttle to port at the bus terminal. The hotel is very nice and bed was super comfortable. Room was a bit small but it was to European Standards.

great location ,we walked all over,and we took the water taxi next to great restaurants .
