Big disappointment
rooms are disgusting - dirty walls, scary floors... Location is not great - if you want to see the old town. The only highlight was the breakfast, despite the shabby and tasteless restaurant decor. Staff at the reception is indifferent - if you are lucky - or simply arrogant.

Great Hotel
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a very contemporary comfortable hotel with excellent service. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the train station, and many of the sites to visit in Torino. Nice sized rooms.

beauty is only skin deep
great looking; comfortable, but small rooms. the art work was truly museum quality. The breakfast buffet was fabulous,good service; the associated restaurant was superb with equally good service. The people at the front desk were not helpful nor particularly friendly, just civil...I would expect more.
