General Information
What to expect: A superb bay-front location, with easy access to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, and outdoor recreation, draws wine buffs, celebrating couples, weekenders, whale-watchers, and golfers.
Amenity highlights: The Nourishing Seaweed Wrap, Swiss Pressure Point Shower, and Vista Blue Private Hydrotherapy are among the treatments available at the spa. A bay-view sundeck adjoining the spa has an outdoor fireplace, a spa-cuisine menu, and two spa tubs. Schooners Bistro has a heated terrace for year-round dining outside. An exhibition kitchen, sweeping bay views, and an award-winning menu and wine list are the attractions at the Duck Club Grill.
Insider tip: Guests wishing to play at the fabled Pebble Beach Golf Links must book tee times no more than 24 hours in advance. Space is very limited, but there are other excellent alternatives, all part of Pebble Beach Resorts: The Links at Spanish Bay and the Del Monte Golf Course can be reserved up to two months in advance, Spyglass Hill up to a month in advance. All courses are less than six miles from the hotel.
