REALLY old place
no bedbugs....staff was very nice...just an OLD hotel.

Disappointment
For the first when staying at a La Quinta hotel, we were not satisfied at all. We spent two nights there, and both mornings we received a wake up call at 4:55 AM with no explanation. Even worse, the first night we got back at 10 PM, and found that our room was not cleaned at all, so we had to make the beds ourselves, the bathromm remained dirty, and (this is no problem) we had to use the same towels. When I called the front desk that night and complained next morning during check out, the employees just said "I don’t know what happened. I will find out." No apologies.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
This hotel is not near to anything important, although it is easy to go almost to any attractive place in Houston.
