Very good service but outside brussels
very nice place. But it’s really a long way to go to Brussels. Outstanding team, kind and ready to help and make your stay enjoyable.

Budget beds in Brussels
I spent a couple of pleasant nights at the Hotel Erasme and found it to be good value for the money. While the rooms aren’t the most modern or the plushest, for the price I paid through Expedia I can hardly complain. The hotel restaurant was actually pretty good, both for the included breakfast and one dinner I had there. We were actually amazed at what the kitchen put out for such a small operation. The easy access from the nearby highway and the 20-minute metro ride to downtown also made the Erasme a winner in my book.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Get a room on the backside of the hotel -- the front faces a (not very busy) street with the metro line down the middle. Rooms are not air-conditioned, so as the temperatures go up (Brussles was unseasonably warm while I was there in April), you may find that the lack of air conditioning is a deciding factor.

a basic clean hotel with a good breakfast
This is a basic and little out date hotel, nothing fancy. But it’s clean. The free breakfast in the morning is excellent, the good European stand which it has very thing. Also the dinning room is pretty nice. The location is little out of center, it’s at end of metro line 1B, but the station is 3 min. of walking distance, and the city center is about 20 min, of metro ride. I stayed there twice in last two months because my brother works in the hospital Erasme(5 min. away), so this is perfect for me. Hotels in Brussels are pretty expensive, at least this hotel is not too far from everything, and offers a good breakfast. You might have to pay more if this hotel is in the city center.
