Just what you said and more!
The hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was close to where we needed to be. It was quite, clean and comfortable and I loved have the sink area in the bathroom and one outside as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were great. We really look forward to a return visit.

Great value..only problem with breakfast offered...was only donuts and there was only 1 left by the time we got there.
