Not a pleasant experience
The night/evening clerk was rude, the carpet and bathroom floor in my room were not clean,the continental breakfast was very skimpy(generic brand cereal, sm tastelass oranges and toast) and usually out of fruit and often out of bread to toast.

University Mall off of the Clinic has some interesting little shops.

not roughing it
normally, when people ask me to go camping, I reply with "roughing it is like staying in a super 8". however this super 8 changed my mind about the hotel chain. The room was clean, there was ample space in the room and then front desk was friendly. But the best price was the cost, completely affordable.

Good value
I was pleased to have a wireless connection in my room, and the front office staff person was friendly. I checked in and out quickly. The breakfast was very basic and the rooms a little worn around the edges - but clean. My only quibble is that one of the buttons on the TV remote didn’t work. Good value.
