Great place to stay in Springfield
Stayed overnight on trip to Chicago. I would be happy to stay there while visiting Springfield. Rooms were relatively spacious, and very clean. The personnel that I encountered at both check-in and check-out were some of the most pleasant and welcoming I have encountered. Great free breakfast as well. I will definitely stay there again.

First time at a Comfort Suites
Although the area had an emergency water problem the one evening, and all area businesses had to inform customers that water would be turned off at 9:00 p.m., the hotel handled it well. I can only imagine the complaints they received, but it was out of their power to control. Besides, the water was turned back on in two hours. If we ever return to Springfield, we will definitely stay at Comfort Suites.

It was very easy to reach the Lindoln sites, our purpose for being in Springfield.

Very nice rooms
The Hotel recently changed over to no smoking in all suites. It had a nice clean presentation. The baths were large and comfortable. Would use them again.
