Located near the medieval town of Morrovalle between the Appenin Mountains and the Adriatic Sea in the Marche Region of Central Italy, San Nicolino is a 15th Century villa overlooking the Chienti Valley. Its unobstructed position allows for spectacular views of the "Sibillini" Mountains just an hours drive away while the sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea can be reached within 15 minutes thanks to a four lane highway just two kilometers from the villa. Private Parties: Our 2 acre landscapped lot is ideal for wedding ceremonies, business meetings, birthdays and any social event during the summer months which, in this part of Italy, usually lasts from mid April to mid October. Arrangements can be made with local caterers to supply anything from light lunches to full course meals.
