Residence "Klara" is located in Consigliodi Rumo- Gravedona. The two-storey block of 10 flats, each with own independent entrance, is surrounded by a fenced garden, with parking area. Residence Klara is surrounded by a garden with private parking . Small balcony with a beautiful view onto the lake and mountains. Gravedona is a small lively village with a beautiful centre, harbour, beaches, tennis, swimming-pool, and playgrounds for children. The mountains at the back of the village are ideal for trekking and excursions. In winter instead you can get easily famous resort for skiing, like St. Moritz or Madesimo (1 hour) and Bormio (2 hours).
