So Relaxing
My husband and I went there for a combination getaway/family visit. We love Coronado, so decided to try the Marriott. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was lovely, and the location, while not easily walkable to the town center, was only a short distance from the ferry landing and all its shops and restaurants. All in all, it was a restful, enjoyable stay and we would love to go back.

Coronado’s #2
Tough to compete with the Del Coronado, but the Marriott Coronado is a great place to stay on Coronado. Great hotel as well as walking distance to the ferry to San Diego, so you don’t need a car.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Take the ferry for $3.25 to downtown San Diego. The Coronado Golf Course is a hidden gem - an affordable public course with great views of San Diego.

the age and up date of the hotel did not match with the price of the hotel. the water in the pond was very polluted. The staff was very friendly. It was conveniently located to the ferry and hospital but not as convenient to shopping+
