Will Stay Here Again
Beautiful hotel and great location. Close to everything. Subway close by. Hotel Staff was wonderful. We celebrated our 37th anniversary in D.C. and we chose the Omni Hotel. The staff surprised us on our anniversary with Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Mango and Champagne. Made our day even more special....Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff very accomodating. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the D.C. area. Also best hotel price in the area.

Great hotel!!
Excellent location. Staff was very helpful in handling concierge requests. Room space was limited but not unusual for a hotel of this vintage. Very good neighborhood restaurants closeby.

Historic Hotel near Metro and zoo
My stay at the Omni Shoreham Hotel was enjoyable. This historic hotel is located 2 blocks from the zoo Metro station. There are numerous eating establishments in close proximity to the hotel. My room was very clean and attractive. The rooms are well insulated from noise so one barely notices the presence of other guests.
If you fly into Reagan International Airport you can take the Metro to Metro Center Station and transfer to the red line getting off at the Woodley Park/ Zoo station. The hotel is located about 2 blocks from the Metro station.
