Serviceable
Towels were very thin. Charge for hotel lobby internet was outrageous. Internet cafe across the street was 1.50 euros for an hour, the hotel charged 6.50 euros for an hour, 10 minutes for 3.5 euros. It really added up if you just came back and wanted to check some information quickly. The morning breakfast also outrageous - 13.00 euros ($19.00). I think a Holiday Inn should have amenities more inline with the class of hotel that they are. Obviously, this is more of an expense for people using dollars.

A nice place to stay in Vienna
This is a very nice hotel not far from the historical part of Vienna. Our room was extremely clean and spacy. The staff is friendly and very helpful when it comes to get directions, book a tour, call a cab, etc. Breakfest is excellent, expensive though.

Nice hotel which is locted within 20 min walking from stephanplats, and has a nice restaurants near by.
