Very nice boutique hotel in a great location
The Penns View Hotel is conveniently located in Old City. The rooms have a B&B feel and are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are lots of good restaurants in the area.

Nice Location - But...
The hotel is in a good location for touring the historical sites. Our room was clean, spacious and had a waterview. The only problem was that it faced the expressway and although the windows were double insulated, the traffic noise was loud and constant.
