Very nice place to stay - nice setting
The hotel suiteed us, the only drawback was that the breakfast buffet was not complimentary, as we were led to believe when I booked the room. Also - we stayed over the July 4th holiday date (July 3rd....and there was NO buffet service provided - there were some cold (cereal) selections, as well as some bread, or bagels that could be toasted - what kind of hotel cuts back on their provisioned service oon a holiday??

Prepare to pay for your breakfast at this facility - I don’t know why... There are several other breakfast (fast food) options in the area...

Pretty standard expectation. It’s what I would expect from a hospitality service.
All my needs were catered too. The staff was very pleasant from the people that cleaned the rooms to the people who served you breakfast. You could tell they cared.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Request to have a fridge in your room if you are staying for more than a few days so you may make sure you don’t have to pay for every single meal out. Go to the nearby grocer and stock your fridge.

Nice Norwood Hotel
Comfortable, quite clean, hotel with many extras like indoor pool, free wired internet in room, free wireless internet in lobby, gym, etc. However, we weren’t too sure if sheets had been changed as they looked wrinkled. We were too tired to do anything about it, so we just slept in them. Awesome tub/shower combo with bowed-out curtain rod so plastic curtain doesn’t grab you while in shower.
Traveler's tip on dining
Instead of getting the nice buffet at the hotel in the morning, we drove to IHOP. I thought I’d save a few bucks... However, when all was said and done the bill was the same as if we’d eaten at the hotel. I’ve had Mariott’s buffets before and they are good. I’d recommend staying and eating in the hotel.
