Borgo Pio Vaticano

The Borgo neighbourhood or Vatican is one of the most characteristic and prestigious areas in the centre of Rome. The Borgo-Vatican neighbourhood stretches along the right bank of the Tiber called Tevere Borgo (sometimes called I Borghi). Although it underwent huge changes during the first half of the twentieth century, the Borgo neighbourhood still maintains its historical significance as the entrance to St. Peter’s and the Vatican buildings. The B&B is near the famous Castel Sant'Angelo, just a 5-minute walk from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica. It is on the first floor and is tastefully furnished with antiques.
