Rheinfels

The Hotel Rheinfels is located in the heart of the historic town of Saint Goar at the the LORELEI. Directly on the river Rhine in the famous 'Upper-Middle-Rhine-Valley' which has been granted WORLD-CULTURAL-HERITAGE status by the UNESCO. You have a gorgeous panoramic view over the Rhine to the historic Old City of Saint Goarshausen with the castle Katz (Cat) and downstream to castle Maus (Mouse). The famous Cologne - Düsseldorf (K-D) passenger cruising lines ship landing stage is straight across from the hotel. The location is simply Paradise. Only a few foot steps away are the other passenger cruising lines landing stages. The railway station is easily accessible by foot in two minutes also. From there you have best connections to all of Europe including the Airports, e.g. Frankfurt Airport a good hour away. The Rheinfels is a historic Hotel and we speak English. The Hotel Rheinfels provides 14 double rooms, 4 family rooms with balcony and 7 single rooms. All with separate bathrooms with hairdryer, phone, LAN (Via shielded wire to each room. We try to protect our guests from emissions.) and satellite television. All guest rooms have been refurbished 'with five star' furnishings ! As courtesy to our guests all rooms are non-smoking.
