Good Value for Dollar

This 2 story hotel is a few miles from the beach. Stayed one week. Our 2nd room floor was quiet. Rooms were always made even though we rarely left before noon. Convention center about 2 miles. Had refrigerator and microwave. No charge for parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In particular the Manager was very helpful, however all the staff were very good. The fact that we could receive free passes to Bally’s gym was an added extra with absolutely no hassles at all, just was the icing on the cake so to speak. We will definitely return.

Good Value

There was a glitch when we checked in - had reserved a smoking room and there were none available. The manager the next morning was great though. He moved us to a smoking room just a few doors down, and was very helpful with local info as well. Really nice guy. The pool area and the breakfast area were very pleasant. Breakfast was decent, more variety than average for continental. Rooms weren’t luxurious, but comfortable and clean, with fridge, micro, and 3 puffball pillows on each bed. The toilet gurgled at times but worked OK. Plenty of hot water and towels. Location is very convenient if you have a car. There wasn’t much at the mall across the street, and the Target next door is closed as it is being rebuilt, but if you are driving there are alot of restaurants and shopping nearby. Overall, a good stay for a reasonable price

We stayed for 5 nights. No complaints. It is an average stay. Breakfast was a bonus.

We were pleasantly surprised

My family and I were not expecting much when we booked this hotel for a short stay after a trip to Disney World to visit my grandmother. However, the staff was very nice and friendly from the minute we arrived. The morning breakfast was a hit with my kids and to top it off we were able to swim comfortably. The pool area was very nice. There was no elevator but that did not bother us. The one flight of steps was easy to navigate a few light suitcases. The room was very clean with enough room for the 4 of us to navigate around for our 2 nights. The 5 minute drive to the airport was very convenient to spend as much time as possible not waiting in the airport. The next time I visit grandma I will be sure to look this hotel up first!

Not impressive

The staff is very polite. they try their best to help you out and I was overall satisfied with their service. I was there on business. My room was on the ground floor. When i got up one morning the bathroom was flooded. I had to change 4 rooms in order to take a shower and I got to my meeting late. The hotel amenities are classified as a 2 star. Breakfast is free but minimal. They gave me a "better" room. Being a woman alone, I never left the hotel at night. When i was looking for a supermarket the first night, a woman followed me in the supermarket of the drugstore and suggested me to go back to the hotel and not leave at night because it was a dangerous place. No good restaurants in the vicinity either. It is a good place and inexpensive if you are travelling with a group of friends and you just stay there at night. I’m sure there’s better options, but not in that exact area. They pretty much look all the same.

Well maintained grounds. My shower was clean overall but housekeeping missed a few spots. The front desk was made aware and thankful for the info. The continental breakfast was fair.

This hotel is located close to the shops and good food. The free breakfast is a definite plus.

The hotel rooms was exactly like the ones advertised on the website. The service was great. The hotel environment was very clean and it was in a central location.

Easy freeway access but...hotel is tired!

Hotel was old but fairly well maintained. Room did not have that nasty air conditioner odor that you find in many hotels in the southeast. Shower shut off valve leaked continuously and carpet was old and required wearing shoes or flip flops at all times due to sticky residue on it. My room was near the vending machines and for almost a week there was melted chocolate ice cream on the walkways, though staff walked over it daily. Hotel piped music in the open courtyard area played from 7 am until 11.00pm and as half of the rooms faced the courtyard, this was frustrating at night time. Staff were very polite and helpful. This hotel is more suitable for families with kids on a tight budget taking their vacation.

This hotel caters well for those visiting the Palm Beach area for the first time. I/95 freeway access is 2 blocks away and the hotel is next to a Target store with a older mall across the road with Sears, Dillards, Macy’s etc. So vacation needs of swim trunks, towels, ice coolers etc is easily met.

Great Stay and Price

Close to Palm Beach Mall and mayor streets. Very CLEAN and comfortable room. Nice free breakfast if you are going to make a long trip back to Orlando. Staff really helpfull on giving directions and to make sure you get a nice stay.

There are not much places to eat on walking distance, so get that in mind if you want to grab a bite!

We usually stay at this particular hotel for several reasons. On the top of the list is the plain old fashioned friendliness of the staff, they make you feel at home. We have found them over the years always very helpful.

Our first choice when visiting West Palm Beach.

We have never met better staff members at a hotel. Everyone is helpful, friendly and well dressed. The continental breakfast is exceptional, as is the lady in charge, she keeps it well stocked and makes everyone feel at home. The garden area in the center of the premises is a pleasure to observe, a very pleasant surprise.

Convenient for shopping and dining. The bus service supplied for a very little extra (for those you do not drive) is a perk.

Not Impressed

I was not pleased because this was a motel... not a hotel. I didn’t feel that the personel at the front desk were very helpful either. I wouldn’t stay there again.

VERY IMPRESSED

We had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The beds were surprisingly soft and the rooms seemed sound proof. For this hotel to be a 2 or 3 star I though it was great. the important thing is your serenity in a hotel and here you definitly get it.

Will definitely return!!

The staff of this hotel are excellent in their reatment of guests. The continental breakfast is more than adequate, well stocked& clean the hostess in charge goes out of her way to make you feel at home amd welcome.

Everyone from Abaco stays here

this hotel is surrounded by places you can just walk to like Target, Best Buy, Brandsmart, and Stake & Shake. Also it is just across the road from The Palm Beach Mall.
