Hot Springs Nov. 2009
This is the 4th year in a row that I have stayed here. . . and it will be the last. Everything was so dirty; I know that they are doing construction on the other side of the hotel, but that should mean that they have twice the time to keep the rest of the rooms clean. Well to start, somebody had used a plastic glass and threw it in the trash can, but left the wrapper on the counter. Somebody had used the bathroom and not flushed the toliet. the microwave had food left in it and it was molded; the refrigerator had mold in it. I called about getting another room, but they didn’t have any more available, so they sent 2 people to clean it while I went out to eat.
The fall of the year is my favorite time to go to Hot Springs.

Never Again
I don’t know where to start. The building is old and needs a great deal of maintenance. We opened the door and the smell hit us like a blast of hot air, after turning on the air and leaving the door open it finally aired out. Don’t know what it was, but it was not pleasant. Housekeeping consisted of clean towels. period. No bed made up, no trash emptied, etc. Fortunately we were there for the sight seeing and not the room and did not spend a lot of time in the room. I guess you get what you pay for. Rodeway’s reputation has really gone down.

Pay a little more and get better quality.

Worst Experience Ever!
This hotel is a nightmare. You’re more likely to find a drug dealer or prostitute than a friendly smile or courteous service. The room was filthy. There was mold on the wall. Ice machine, vending machines, and laundry were out of service. My advise, pay the extra $50 bucks and stay somewhere else.
