Le Terrazze

rom the passion for hospitality, that brought us in 2001 to transform the old country house of our Grandmother into the restaurant Le Terrazze di Poppona, known as one of the restaurants that stands out in Carloforte today, to The Hote Le Terrazze, that we like to consider as the second-born. As the restaurant, the hotel too is situated in the middle of a private park of many acres, where the luxuriant vegetation of pine-trees from Aleppo and the Mediterranean scrub live with the typical terraced lands that almost a hundred years ago people built with transported earth and dry-stone walls. The charming view over the sea will give you a great suggestion. With respect to all this, the Hotel, which has got 14 rooms of high standard, has been built following the architectural schemes of the island, utilising precious materials as: natural cotto floors, wrought iron railings and the solid wooden frames, to get a harmonious whole with all the tradition and culture of the island and with the great passion for hospitality that belongs to us.
