Did the job!
Its the only hotel in Chicago I have ever stayed at and I would probably go back the next time Im in Chicago.

I will go back in a heartbeat
I was very impressed with the customer service,very helpfull and kind. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only draw back is that there’s no view from the rooms. The courtesy van was fantastic. They took me to Wheaton College every time I needed to and they were always on time. I was totally impressed with the courtesy van. It save me tons of money in cab fares. I love it.

What a pleasant experience!
We arrived when the hotel was very busy, but they quickly found our Expedia arrangements and actually upgraded us for free when they realized our standard room was not available. The suite was terrific and very clean, but the personnel were exceptional. They helped us find eating places, a medical clinic for an unexpected issue, and were generally helpful and pleasant. It was a great experience in a clean, quiet, accessible, and affordable hotel.
