Acceptable if you get it at a bargain
This is a basic old motel. It was somewhat clean with old worn fixtures and furnishings. If you have a 3 star minimum, this is definitely not your stop. If you are looking to crash for a short night then this is your place. The added amenities of a basic continental breakfast and a small fridge and microwave in your room possible bring it up to a 2 star rating. beyond that I’d pass. I stayed at this property 8/9 years ago when it was under another name and there had been absolutely no renovations or updating done in that time.

Your basic room.
The room, with 1 queen bed was the basic room. It was clean and fresh. The property is set back from the highway so it was quiet. The outside of the facility is showing its age, but it was neat.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Aiken has a nice downtown historic section with many kinds of shops on tree-lined streets. It is a short drive from the motel.
