This was a mistake
I booked the hotel through expedia because it was supposedly the ony affordable place around, although it was a 30-minute drive from where I was visiting. But there were many other establishments available, I guess they were just not offering rooms through expedia. I ended up not staying the night because the hotel and area were sketchy. I drove home after dinner.

A Place to Flop
There was nothing noteworthy about this motel. The beds were reasonably comfortable, the shower was pretty good, and the door locks worked. Other than that, it was pretty average to mediocre. The office was unclean and uninviting, the complimentary breakfast is a joke, and the desk clerk (who may have been the owner) was not particularly friendly or welcoming. But for a one-night stay, it was serviceable.

A good place to put your head down - Nothing fancy here
Quiet, off the busy highway. Shower was a bit dark and steamy. No fan or light in the stall. Hotel could use an upgrade but ok for the money.
